The Interior Package on a New Build
Interior work begins once the building is dried in and continues until the owner takes possession. It covers framing and drywall, ceilings, flooring, doors, hardware, and wall protection, and painting—and it is often where the schedule has to recover time lost earlier in the project.
- 02
Manning to a Schedule
Our crews are staffed to match the project schedule, with foremen and field supervision supporting each phase. We coordinate manpower, sequencing, and materials to keep production moving and deliver each area when it is needed.
- 03
Coordination with Other Trades
We work closely with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other trades to maintain proper sequencing. Our team coordinates installations and access requirements so the interior package progresses efficiently without delaying the work that follows.

Bidding & Prequalification
We welcome bid opportunities from general contractors nationwide. Our team reviews drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop clear, detailed proposals for interior construction and finish scopes.
We maintain the insurance, licensing, manpower, and field experience required to support commercial and healthcare projects from bid through completion.
Self-performed
Scope We Self-Perform
Our crews self-perform six interior service categories. One subcontractor covering most of the interior schedule means fewer parties in the sequence and fewer places where a date can slip.
Questions general contractors ask
Can you add crews to recover the schedule?
Yes. Our workforce of 70+ can be concentrated on one project instead of spread thin, with foremen and field superintendents sequencing the work on site.
Do you work as a subcontractor or as the general contractor?
On new construction, almost always as a specialty subcontractor to the general contractor. On some renovation projects, we work directly for the owner.
How do we send a bid invitation?
Use the form on this site or call us at 331-249-3387. Drawings, scope, and a bid due date are all we need to get started, and our estimating team will follow up if anything else is needed.
Where do you bid?
In all 50 states. Our office is in Des Plaines, Illinois, and we have completed projects in 15 states across the country.
