  1. Preparation Comes First

We properly prepare the substrate by removing adhesive, correcting patches and high spots, and creating a smooth, stable surface for the finished flooring.

  2. Corridors Stay on Schedule

We plan phased work around facility operations, keeping required routes accessible and returning completed areas to service on schedule.

  3. Complete Bathroom Renovations

Our crews can handle demolition, waterproofing, wall and floor tile, fixtures, and doors as one coordinated scope—reducing handoffs and keeping the project moving.

Questions general contractors ask

What flooring do you install?

Resilient, sheet and hard-surface flooring, floor and wall tile, and the base, thresholds and transitions between finishes, installed by our own crews.

Will you bid flooring and tile on its own?

Yes. The package is where self-performing the interior is worth the most, but individual scopes are bid where that is what the project needs.

Is substrate preparation included?

It is scoped as its own line rather than assuming the slab is ready: patching, leveling and removing what the old floor left behind. On a renovation that is where the finish is won or lost.

Can you replace flooring in a building that stays open?

Yes. The sequence is planned with the facility — which route stays open, when the closed one comes back and what the alternative is meanwhile — and off-hours work is used where a corridor cannot be given up during the day.

Do you take on full bathroom renovations?

Yes, as their own scope: demolition, substrate, waterproofing where specified, wall and floor tile, and the finish work that closes the room out, with one company's crews in sequence.
