The same trades we run in healthcare—demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, doors, hardware, painting, and finishes—with the same focus on schedule, quality, and occupied buildings.
We typically work as a specialty subcontractor to the general contractor, and on some projects directly with the owner or developer.
How the work runs
Build-Out on the Tenant’s Date
Commercial build-outs are driven by deadlines. We coordinate every phase—from demolition and framing to drywall, ceilings, flooring, doors, and finishes—to keep the project moving and deliver the space ready for occupancy on schedule.

Build-Out and Tenant Improvement
Every commercial build-out is driven by a move-in date. By self-performing the interior package, our crews handle framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, doors, and painting within one schedule—reducing handoffs between companies and keeping the project on track.

Working in Occupied Buildings
Many commercial projects take place next to active tenants. We set up barriers, dust control, and protected routes, and schedule noisy work around building operations. Freight elevator access, after-hours rules, and tenant requirements are planned before mobilization.

Working With General Contractors
Most of our commercial work comes through general contractors. Our estimating team reviews the drawings and scope and returns a clear proposal with the sequence it is based on. Crews are staffed to the project schedule, so the package is completed on time.

What the Scope Usually Covers

Questions general contractors ask
Do you bid the whole interior package?
Usually, yes. That is where self-performing six interior service categories adds the most value. We also bid individual trade packages when the project calls for it.
How many crews can you put on a project?
Our field workforce of 70+ works under foremen and field superintendents. We can run crews across several projects or concentrate them on one when the schedule requires it.
Can you work after hours in an occupied building?
Yes. After-hours work is planned into the schedule from the start, because it affects crew rotation, deliveries, building access, and cleanup.
Where do you work?
Nationwide. Our crews and field supervision travel to each project from our office in Des Plaines, Illinois.
