  1. Preparation Against the Real Wall

Our crews prepare the actual surface before painting, addressing repairs, imperfections, and existing conditions to create a consistent finish.

  2. Odor & Cure Planning

We coordinate ventilation, containment, and off-hours work with the facility to support safe, efficient painting while minimizing disruption.

  3. Punch Closed by the Same Crew

The crew that applies the finish handles the touch-ups and punch-list work, maintaining consistency and accountability through final completion.

Proper Preparation. Controlled Application. Complete Finish.

Questions general contractors ask

What does your painting scope cover?

Surface preparation, priming and finish coats to the specified system on walls, ceilings, doors, frames and exposed structure, plus specified coatings, caulking and sealants.

Will you bid painting on its own?

Yes. The package is where self-performing the interior is worth the most, but individual scopes are bid where that is what the project needs.

Can you paint while a facility is occupied?

Yes. Work is planned around occupied hours and the areas that have to stay in service, ventilation and containment are set with the facility before the first coat, and off-hours work is part of the phase plan where needed.

How do you price surface preparation?

Against what is actually on the wall rather than a general allowance. The same crews hang and finish the board, so preparation is known before the coat goes on.

Are touch-up and punch included?

Yes, scoped from the start and worked by the same crews, so the closeout list is handled by people who know what the wall was like before it was marked.
