Do you work as a general contractor or subcontractor?

We primarily work as a specialty interior subcontractor for general contractors. We also work directly with owners on select projects, depending on the project scope and contractual requirements.

What trades do you self-perform?

Our six core self-performed interior trades are framing and drywall, acoustic ceilings, flooring, tile and interior finishes, doors and hardware, and wall and surface finishes.

How large is your field workforce?

We have a field workforce of 70+ skilled construction professionals, supported by experienced foremen and field superintendents. Our staffing capacity allows us to support projects of different sizes and mobilize crews based on project requirements.

Are you licensed in our state?

We hold Cook County General Contractor License #067013 and are fully insured. Licensing and registration requirements vary by state and project type, and we review the applicable requirements for each project before bidding.

Can you provide EMR, TRIR, and bonding information?

Yes. Contact our estimating team, and we will provide the safety, insurance, and bonding information your prequalification process requires.

What is your largest completed project?

Haverhill Pavilion Behavioral Health in Haverhill, Massachusetts: approximately 40,000 square feet of interior remodeling and renovation, valued at around $2M, completed while the facility remained in operation.
