  1. Dependencies Closed in One Schedule

We coordinate framing, backing, walls, flooring, doors, and hardware so each opening is prepared correctly and ready for installation.

  2. Protection Fixed Into Blocking

Corner guards, crash rails, and handrails are securely installed into properly placed backing for durable, long-term performance.

  3. Conflicts Raised During the Work

We identify hardware, framing, and backing conflicts early and coordinate solutions before they become inspection or punch-list issues.

Questions general contractors ask

What do you install?

Hollow metal and wood doors, frames, finish hardware and windows, plus corner guards, crash rails, handrails, wall panels and door protection.

Will you bid doors, hardware or wall protection on its own?

Yes. The package is where self-performing the interior is worth the most, but individual scopes are bid where that is what the project needs.

Who places the blocking for wall protection and hardware?

We do, earlier in the same project and for the system actually being installed, so protection is not screwed into board with no backing behind it.

Do you work to behavioral health requirements?

We install to what the design, the specification and the facility's own standards require, and raise conflicts — a hardware schedule that does not match the frame, backing that will not take the specified fixing — during the work rather than at inspection.

Do you replace existing openings on renovation work?

Yes. Removal and replacement of existing doors, frames and wall protection is part of renovation scope.
