How the work runs

Clinical Space, Never Empty

Renovating active healthcare facilities requires more than standard construction. We coordinate demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, doors, and finishes around ongoing clinical operations—keeping work controlled, safe, and efficient while minimizing disruption to patients and staff.

In phases

Phased Execution

We divide the work into phases the facility can support—the same approach we use for renovation in occupied facilities. Each area is isolated, completed, and turned over before the next one opens, keeping departments operational and the project on schedule.

  1. Step 01 / 05

    Isolate first

Isolation and dust control in place before any demolition

  2. Step 02 / 05

    Protected route

A protected route for staff and patients

  3. Step 03 / 05

    Deliveries and debris

Deliveries and debris routed away from clinical corridors

  4. Step 04 / 05

    Daily cleanup

Daily cleanup so the area is left safe and clean at the end of every shift

  5. Step 05 / 05

    Turnover

Turnover of the completed area before the next phase opens

Questions general contractors ask

Can you work while the department stays open?

Yes, and that is the usual condition. We phase the scope so the facility keeps operating, with isolation, dust control, and a protected route for staff and patients in place before demolition begins.

Do you self-perform, or subcontract?

We self-perform six interior service categories with our own crews: framing and drywall, acoustic ceilings, flooring and tile, doors and hardware, wall protection, and painting and finishes. Our field workforce numbers 70+.

What areas do you cover?

All 50 states, from our office in Des Plaines, Illinois. We have completed projects in Massachusetts, Louisiana, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, California, Indiana, Ohio, and Florida.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold Cook County GC License #067013 and carry full insurance. Additional requirements vary by state and hospital system, so send the project location with your invitation and our estimating team will confirm them before the bid date.

How much work have you delivered?

We have been in business since 2012, our team brings 15+ years of experience, and we have delivered work across all 50 states.
