  • One Team. Multiple Scopes. Better Coordination.

Southwest Quality Construction LLC self-performs multiple interior scopes with our own experienced crews and field supervision. This allows us to coordinate our work more efficiently, respond quickly to field conditions, and maintain consistent quality throughout the project.

For General Contractors, that means fewer handoffs, better communication, stronger schedule control, and one accountable subcontractor across multiple interior scopes.

  • Built for Complex Projects

Our approach is especially valuable on healthcare renovations and occupied facilities, where work must be carefully coordinated around patients, staff, existing conditions, infection-control requirements, and ongoing operations.

We bring the manpower, supervision, and experience needed to keep multiple scopes moving together—while maintaining a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.

Questions general contractors ask

Will you bid a single trade, or only the whole package?

Either. The package is where self-performing the interior is worth something, but individual scopes are bid where that is what the project needs.

How many projects can you run at once?

A field workforce of 70+ in total, under foremen and field superintendents.

Do you work in occupied buildings?

Most of our work is in facilities that stay open — phased scope, barriers and dust control before demolition, and daily coordination with plant operations.

What licensing do you hold?

Cook County GC License #067013, and full insurance. Anything a particular state or owner adds on top of that is checked against the project before we price it.
